Bacon Potato Cheese Tart

Strap in!

Start with fanning out 1 pound of bacon.

Layer of potatoes.

Layer of cheese.

Another layer of potatoes.

Another layer of cheese (1 pound total!).

Fold the fanned-out bacon over the top.

Jiffy Pop!

Place in oven for an agonizing THREE HOURS!! Eat popcorn while you wait and bacon smell wafts around the house.

Lookin' good! We decided to crisp it up a litte.


I was not remotely hungry for the next seven hours.
